Data Sovereignty Statement
At Solveria, we adhere to a Zero-Knowledge Architecture. Unlike traditional financial or legal tools that upload your data to a central cloud, Solveria acts as a "Client-Side Only" platform. This means that the sensitive inputs you type into our calculators are processed exclusively in your browser's volatile memory (RAM) and are technically incapable of being intercepted, read, or stored by our servers.
When you use Solveria, your data remains on your device. We do not have a database of your income, debts, or case details because we designed the system to function without one.
Treatment of Sensitive User Inputs
Our tools are designed to handle highly sensitive personal information. To ensure your safety, we strictly limit the scope of data processing to your local device. This policy applies to two distinct categories of inputs:
- Financial Inputs: Information regarding your income, debts, credit score estimations, mortgage details, and assets entered into our financial calculators.
- Legal & Case Inputs: Details regarding incident dates, settlement demands, injury specifics, medical costs, and liability scenarios entered into our legal settlement tools.
The Promise: None of this data is transmitted to Solveria. If you close your browser tab, this data is instantly wiped from memory unless you have enabled local persistence (see "Browser-Based Persistence" below).
Browser-Based Persistence
To improve your user experience, some of our calculators may utilize standard web technologies such as localStorage or sessionStorage. This allows your browser to "remember" your inputs if you accidentally refresh the page or return to the calculator later.
It is important to understand that this data resides solely in your specific browser cache, not on our servers. You maintain full control over this data. You can wipe it at any time by clearing your browser's cache or cookies.
Aggregate Telemetry vs. Identity
We utilize third-party analytics services (such as Google Analytics) to collect Aggregate Telemetry. This data helps us understand how our site is performing regionally, but it is strictly separated from your calculator inputs.
For example, we may track that "500 users visited from California" to ensure our California-specific legal modules are loading correctly. However, we cannot link this aggregate data to your specific financial situation or legal case details. We track the health of the application, not the identity of the user.
Affiliate & Lead Generation Disclosure
Solveria operates on a transparency-first business model. While our calculators are free to use, we may partner with financial institutions, legal networks, or service providers.
Solveria acts as a bridge, not a broker. On certain pages, you may see options to "Check Rates," "Get a Case Review," or "Find a Lawyer." If you choose to click these links, you are virtually leaving our premises and entering the partner's site.
Once you navigate to our partners (e.g., lending institutions or legal networks), your interaction is governed by their separate privacy protocols. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party service you engage with via our platform.
Third-Party Advertising
Our site may display advertisements from third-party networks, such as Google AdSense. These advertisers may use cookies to collect non-personally identifiable information about your activities on this and other websites to provide you with targeted advertising based on your interests.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Solveria.org does not sell your personal financial or legal data to any third party. As stated above, the data you enter into our calculators is processed locally and is not stored on our servers.
However, under privacy laws like the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), the use of third-party advertising cookies (such as Google Ads) may be considered a "sale" or "share" of personal information (e.g., your IP address or browsing behavior) for the purpose of targeted advertising.
Your Opt-Out Rights: You have the right to opt-out of this automated sharing. Since we do not track you by name or email, the way to exercise this right is by managing your browser's cookie settings or your Google Ad preferences directly.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our technology or legal obligations. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
