1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the website Solveria (the "Site"), deploying our Enterprise calculation widgets, or commissioning High-Performance Digital Infrastructure, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this site or our software.

2. Nature of Services & No Professional Relationship

Solveria operates as a Mathematical Software Infrastructure & Lead Routing Platform. We provide both B2C educational estimation tools and B2B enterprise software licenses. We are not a law firm, financial institution, CPA firm, or insurance provider.

The results generated by our Site are derived from static algorithmic models based on user inputs and aggregated state/federal data. These outputs are mathematical estimates for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal opinions or financial advice.

No Attorney-Client Privilege: Using our Civil Justice tools or submitting data through our B2C forms does not create an attorney-client relationship. Information entered into this site is not privileged or confidential in a legal sense. You should always consult with a qualified professional for advice tailored to your specific situation.

3. Specific Disclaimers for Calculation Logic Suites

To ensure clarity regarding the limitations of our technology across our 12 logic cores, we provide the following specific disclaimers:

Civil Justice (Employment & Tort Law)

Our tools estimate potential back pay, tort multipliers, and statutory penalties based on federal guidelines and state codes. Local municipal ordinances or specific employment contracts may alter these numbers drastically. Solveria does not guarantee that these estimates will be accepted by employers, opposing counsel, or courts of law.

Sovereign Finance (Tax & Real Estate)

Our financial engines provide amortizations and tax estimates based on current IRS and HUD/FHFA benchmarks. These do not constitute binding loan estimates (LE) or certified tax appraisals.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Solveria and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

This protection explicitly extends to our Calculation Logic, Source Code, and Visual Interfaces (including our proprietary UI themes). You may not reproduce, reverse-engineer, or distribute any part of our proprietary code or algorithms without express written permission.

Enterprise License Exception: Law firms and agencies who purchase a B2B National or State License via our Lemon Squeezy portal are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to embed, host, and visually modify (via CSS/Hex codes) the specific iframe application they purchased strictly on their own verified domain.

Infrastructure Deployments: While the client retains full ownership of their provided brand assets (logos, copy, proprietary media), the underlying compiled Edge-Network architecture, codebase, and layout mathematics remain the intellectual property of Solveria. Clients may not duplicate, reverse-engineer, or resell the compiled architecture.

5. Operations, Escrow & Authorized Consultants

Solveria operates on a remote-first, decentralized enterprise framework. To facilitate rapid deployment and secure financial escrow, Solveria deploys designated Lead Consultants (e.g., Raman Kumar) to act as authorized agents for specific client accounts.

All project escrow, initializations, and B2B invoice clearances are routed securely through our authorized third-party financial partner, Contra. The client acknowledges and agrees that deploying funds to their assigned Lead Consultant via the Contra gateway constitutes a legally binding payment to Solveria for services rendered.

6. Legacy B2B Software Purchases (Calculation Suites)

Due to the non-returnable nature of deployed digital code, all B2B software license purchases and iframe deployments for our Calculation Logic Suites (e.g., Wage & Hour, ROI calculators) are completely final. We do not offer refunds once the software package or iframe integration code has been delivered.

7. High-Performance Infrastructure: SLA & Refund Protocol

For custom Edge-Network landing page deployments, Solveria operates under a strict Service Level Agreement (SLA). We contractually guarantee that the compiled staging environment will achieve a minimum 95+ Mobile and 100 Desktop Google Lighthouse performance score prior to final domain ignition.

The Refund Guarantee: If the compiled architecture fails to meet these objective metrics upon staging delivery, the client is entitled to an immediate 100% refund of their deployment fee.

SLA Void Conditions (The "Locked Architecture" Mandate): To protect this mathematical baseline, the deployed architecture is structurally locked. This SLA guarantee and subsequent refund eligibility are immediately rendered void if the client or their agents:

  • Inject unauthorized, unoptimized third-party scripts, bloated tracking pixels, or live-chat widgets into the codebase post-deployment.
  • Demand fundamental structural alterations to the scientifically optimized HTML/CSS layout.
  • Fail to execute the provided DNS CNAME routing protocol within 72 hours of staging approval.

8. User Data and Privacy

We are committed to your privacy. As stated in our Privacy Policy, we do not collect, save, or store any personal financial or legal data you enter into our calculators. All calculations are performed entirely within your web browser.

9. Affiliate & Lead Generation Disclosure

Solveria acts as a telephony routing bridge and connector between B2C users and potential service providers.

B2C Platform: The Site may contain links or "Get Case Review" buttons connecting you to third-party professionals. Solveria is not a party to any agreement you sign with them. We may receive affiliate compensation for facilitating B2C connections.

B2B Enterprise Exception: For law firms hosting our tools via a paid B2B iframe license, Solveria does not intercept, route, or monetize the lead flow generated on the Licensee's domain. All data captured through a licensed B2B widget is routed exclusively to the purchasing firm.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties & Data Accuracy

The Site is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Data Accuracy: While we utilize rigorous update protocols to mirror local regulations, statutes, and tax codes change frequently. We do not warrant that the data is universally real-time, error-free, or reflective of the most current municipal edge-cases.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Solveria, nor its directors, employees, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Site or our Enterprise iframes.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms of Use on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
